The firm is pleased to announce that John C. Primeau has been elected as the 2019 President of the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council, which is commonly referred to as “BAREC.”
BAREC is part of a coalition of 21 local real estate councils (RECs) across the state of Florida representing nearly 1,000 real estate attorneys.
The RECs are a conduit to bring together real estate attorneys and ideas from across the real estate spectrum to provide education, information and resources to REC members and consumers, to enhance the practices of real estate attorneys, and to make each real estate experience a successful, positive, and rewarding one.
A significant part of the RECs’ mission is to educate consumers and real estate professionals regarding the role of real estate lawyers in transactions and to advocate for the use of real estate attorneys in every real estate transaction.
John previously served as BAREC’s Treasurer and President-Elect.
