The firm’s practice is concentrated in the following areas: commercial and residential real estate transactions; title insurance; corporate and limited liability company transactions and governance; preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents; and commercial, real estate, and probate litigation.  John also has extensive experience with foreclosures and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures and construction lien foreclosures.

The firm is conveniently located in Broward County, Florida. We represent clients throughout Florida, with an emphasis on Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin counties.
